All of our Exhaust Manifolds are CAD designed, entirely stainless steel (including ALL flanges), back purged, and TIG welded by hand in North America. Careful consideration for runner length, collector design, orientation, wastegate placement, and turbine flow characteristics ensure optimal performance.
All of our Spectrum Motorsports RB exhaust manifolds are equal length, delivering an enjoyable exhaust sound and even exhaust pulse delivery.
Our twin-scroll RB manifold utilizes a unique arrangement for both merge collectors, allowing for significantly shorter runner length, and lower pre-turbine volume than other equal length manifolds. This results in the best match for mid-frame twin-scroll T4 turbines, with fantastic torque and "area under the curve".
Our RB25 and RB26 manifolds allows for adaptation to your turbocharger and wastegate of choice. Built with a merge collector for single volute turbines, or a divided collector orientation and dual wastegates for twin-scroll turbines. Tubular exhaust manifolds for bottom or top mount twin turbochargers are also available.
All Fabricated Components are sold with a 5 Year Warranty against cracking or defects
