All our internally wastegated SR20 turbine housings are cast with high-Nickel Ni-Resist D5-S material, and feature a large-diameter Inconel 713C wastegate assembly for improved wastegate flow capabilities and reliable operation at high temperatures. turbine fitment accepts stock-fitment manifolds and downpipes. The larger 51mm variants also work fantastically on the KA24 engine as well!
All our SR20 turbos come standard with a 1 Bar actuator. Can be configured for external wastegate upon request.
Compressor Housings come standard with 3" inlet / 2" outlet Coupler connections, however are also available with OEM fitment (S15) inlet and Outlet bolted flanges on request. Oil inlet fitting comes standard with a -4 AN Male fitting, and will require an aftermarket AN oil feed line. OEM S15 coolant lines and drain fitting will fit as factory,
SM375JB - All-out Value.
Moving to a 51mm compressor wheel allows for additional pressure ratio and flow rate, and will support a substantial increase in power with a minor (upward) shifting of the powerband. Full boost before 4000RPM and 400bhp is achievable with E85 and supporting modifications. This turbo is built around our new and robust journal bearing CHRA, this model offers fantastic value and reliability, while still using the same 47mm Turbine wheel for snappy reponse.
SM350/R - Stock Engine Perfection.
Our 47mm compressor is perfect for the typical street or drift SR20 on pump gas. The extended-tip 60mm exducer and advanced aerodynamics result in optimal shaft speed and high turbine efficiency, and all the responsereponse you could want from a light Rotor and Ball bearing CHRA. Peak compressor efficiency is seen from 12-18 PSI, making it a good match for stock engines or low grade fuels, however camshaft upgrades and flex fuel / E85 makes for a torquey and responsive combination.
SM400/R and SM450/R- Perfectly matched Turbocharger Characteristics.
Our Updated 51mm Compressor and the choice of either 47 or 52mm 9 Blade Turbine allows for additional pressure ratio and flow rate, and will support an additional increase in power output with a solid overall powerband. The Gen 2 version of this of this Turbo still has full boost before 4000RPM but can support 450whp at lower boost with the larger Turbine option.
